And that's why I tend to stay on snow. It hasn't been snowy this year where I live, but in western Washington, when it snows, melt-and-freeze cycles can happen over the next few days, forming black ice. It's nearly invisible ice that can form on roads, hence the name.
I also seem to be REALLY improving at drawing humans. Wow. I even managed to impress myself with this one.

black ice really does suck =/ then again so does normal ice if you slip on it xD

Despite that, snowless winters disappoint me. It's very pretty on evergreen trees.
