Goat themed adopt(???) by Iced-Coyote
Welp, since I'm sick and bored, and since it's Chinese New years, I made a goat themed ghost! (Their color palette is actually based off a Chinese painting in my house. /XD)
Buuuut ahh I love them so much and ghhh.. Guys, please convince me that you really want them. :l If you really do, I'll open him up as a DTA!.. With rules!

Do you want them, and will you use them? I've lost some faith, sO CONVINCE ME. YEP.
If you do, they'll be a DTA at #RammiDTA that ends.. Uh.. /:D Maybe 3/5/15? (That's when Chinese new year ends.)

If I have the DTA, then you'll simply draw them, and put a bio of sorts and things in the description. :U
Aaaaand if I'm a idiot and I have the DTA up, yet I decide to add them onto my list of tOO MANY CHARACTERS then I'll make the TOP 3 people designs (as a way of saying ahh I'm so sorry). They can be more zodiac doggies (I had a cool idea for a Rat themed dog ahh), or anything else. /:D
But yeah you're gonna have to convince me because I don't have too much hope in a DTA or giving them away
