This is a cat in Barkly's story. Kyle, and many other cats, instead of the decaying flesh that barkly got, they became mutated. Kyle here can control fire and turn invisible. both his parents were mutated cats so he got his born ability (invisibility) and gain fire by being exposed to the new power source.
