assume the role of leader in your mission. sometimes the power will shift from person to person, which means the role of leader would shift. You can tell when someone has the principal aiding them because they will fight with renewed energy and talent, as well as the ground beneath their feet giving off a golden glow.
Teams are in groups of four, and the teams fluctuate. The person you fought beside in a mission one day may not be in your team the next. The teams are built on the conditions of the mission.
As for the principal, I think Alevah is great for the character. With her mask she gives off a mysterious air full of great power.
As for the main and supporting characters, still working on that. There will be nonbinary and MOGAI characters! I'm thinking the main protagonist will be androgynous. But, the beginning of the story goes that the principal has taken a certain interest in guiding the main protagonist, no one quite knows why... until later.

I'm going to have roughly 12 students of the academy be main/supporting characters, though there's actually way more people enrolled. They just don't have significance to this particular plot. There will be teachers for each class, and an assistant principal who often acts as the principal's voice in the academy. She will be the one with a more physical role in the academy (Alevah stays in her office all day).
I'm going to figure out a potential antagonist/counteracting force soon, don't worry! The ideas for everything are flowing so nicely, tbh.

As for where this will go, I think I might revive my Wattpad and write it up on there. I will post concept art and comics here perhaps, after everything is fleshed out. I think I'll repost the chapters onto tumblr, too.

And the name for this whole shebang will be "Project Kivi. A." for the time being.
