rich boy w/ fancy names, inherited his fathers wealth and is now trying to exploit the halo system for fun and more money. his great grandfather founded an influential app for the halo (the doctor app?? PA?), initially funded by the goverment due to how useful it was?? but lots of profit now tho, w/ upgrades n extra services??? idk maybe even still funded by the goverment to make sure its improving all the time...
