This makes me feel like I'm in a cool aquarium & it's dark, an outline of a child in front of me.
Could also be shes about be beamed up by aliens aha :D

This is beautiful! Now this picture makes me feel cool and relaxed, but not neccesarily happy. The girl, her hair blown by the wind and a balloon in her hand, seems very sad or dreamy, as if she has lost something dear to her. The single balloon gives a very lonely touch to it. The overall scene is saddening, but the lighting in the center almost indicates that after this moment, she will continue moving on.
I hope you were looking for more thoughts on feeling, I kinda went overboard 'XD
