His Name (As he will Tell you to call him) is XIII (13) he used to be a an adventures Trainer who would not stop till he brought Team Rocket/Galatica etc. To Justice, But while he was trying his best to save some Poison Pokemon from The mis-use of Team Rocket, he feel into poison and was in danger and after he saved a Arakidoa from Team rocket, The Arakidos saved him from the deadly poison know as 13 so XIII made a promise to Arakidos that he would be the portector of all poison types.
