Pastel Punk by Owletumel

This colourful character is Bismuth, one of the elements I've personified. She's part of a thing I did for a while last year, where I made characters based on the Periodic Table of Elements. So far I've done designs for Germanium and Francium, but Bismuth's was still a WIP when my computer died. So her design was drawn from my memory. Think of it kind of like Homestuck or Steven Universe. Her species are called "wights", and their society is ranked by element classification. Bismuth would be upper (lower-ish) class, for example. She has a optimistic approach towards life, a lot of creativity, and really likes funky clothes and painting colourful murals.

So, here's a bit of a more detailed description of wights:

-Skin colour is based on element classification. Blood is more saturated, and hair is darker.

-Personality/appearance is based on properties/uses of the element, be it physical or chemical.

-Radioactive elements have yellow eyes that glow to varying degrees depending on how strong it is.

-Life span is usually the element's half-life (Or when they decay? I'm not a chemistry expert. Francium is an exception here, her half-life represents her being bipolar)

-As they don't have a need to reproduce, they don't have biological sexes. Gender is what they feel associated with. (If that makes sense?)

I think that's it.

(If you made one yourself, that would be pretty cool.)

That's quite interesting description. You come up with a lot of interesting creatures.
