when you buy games weather 3ds, wii or wii u they come with codes making a club nintendo account is free. when you make the profile use your codes to get your member rank.

i made the account on my phone. i dont know it will let me in. they sent a note to my gmail for conformation. am i a member allredy?

Go to gmail, accept that email they sent.
Then you will be a member.
Then you log in and go to your to-do list, flipnote will be there. Just follow what it says and you'll be good to go.
