The first step I always take to solving any problem is never have an empty stomach. doing this (eating and drinking) will start to calm you down and be able to think the problem through.

Second step is to recognise the feelings you still have for her. Do you love her any less, just the same, or even more.

Third step, transform those feelings into words. If you can't come up with words, use examples.

Step 5, give it time. She may answer right away, or in a day or two. These things take time for the other person. These steps have always worked for me, and I will be there to back you up if you need it.

I beleive love to be two souls bonding together in a unique way. When they are taken apart, it hurts both souls. If she is normal, then she will take you back, and both yours, and her souls should heal.
