Thaxen by Mina the Demon
Thaxen is the leader of the Olisien Clan of #Sepkin's. (Olisien-Colorless)
He is large, feirce, and doesnt allow any Sepkin from the Myolis Clan (Myolis-Many Colors) to enter his clan, unless they vow to never hate the Olisien Sepkins, simply because they have no colored feathers.
He has the ability to create blizzards, and uses this to create a shroud around his kigdom to keep out the undesireables.
