Talo turns into a dog sometimes, but not like how you'd think he would. If he gets extremely scared, he immedietly (bleh can't spell) turns into a dog & sometimes at random points he turns into one, but it's RARE. Added to that he doesn't do it of his own free will.
I just had the idea yesterday after an RP where Verde goes to hang out with Talo in his room, looks around thinking he's gone, & Talo jumps onto his bed, sees him & is like "Uhhh... I can explain...!" XD
