Isn't this just adorable? Don't you want one? So far the only way to get one is to win a draw to adopt for one, which will be posted every two weeks or so (the adopts #chinguadopt) :) These are an otherwise closed species
So chingu means friend in korean, and they are named that because they are unhostile unless one was hatched in below freezing temperatures (they hatch from big colorful eggs). They all have some sort of elemental power brought to them by their misty ring (more in comments

Their ring can be located on their paws, tail, neck (above), over the head like a halo, or a combination of any two. The ring is always a neon color, and is always sparkling and glows in the dark. If a Chingu ever does something against their code, their elemental ring will fade, removing their power.
All Chingu have names made up of two words, like Prim Rose of Sun Rize. They are called by their first name (ex: Prim rose: Prim, Sun Rize: Sun) and are named by their mother.
