Go to the Hatena website, www.flipnote.hatena.com and log in and stuff to recive ID and password. But for that to work you had to have a flipnote hatena account before it ended 2 years ago.

You mean for the online service? Well its not for posting current flips its just a way to access old ones on flipnote hatena through your old account so you'd need that to do it.
