Verry cool! Heres a tip: draw the hair on the head more full. I mean more higher..ugh its so hard to explain in english....ok. Draw the hair, on top of here head, more higher. Because if not, it looks like she have a flat head. Hope this helped you! (/>wo)/

If you're hoping to get more into portraits I highly suggest watching birdy's portrait tutorial - it's very helpful.
