Elektra by Owletumel
Since the story's called Lokaiju, I sort of have to draw them now. :P
And here's Wynne's dragon "mom". Design may change, but I think this looks good. Elektra is a wyvern, so her wings are her arms. The gold horn veil conducts electricity.
