#Raymund's ability turns his eyes white and allows him to absorb and redirect energy. An amazing ability, but virtually useless as it has to channel through his body, potentially damaging any part the energy has to flow through.
So he has to rely on fighting ability alone, but it's gained him a reputation as an ace.
He's quiet, but kind. However, he tends to hold grudges with those who abuse the weak.

Oh yeah, I hear ya all the way. The weapons take influence from two things: Psycho Pass (in terms of coloration) and Gundam OO(transformations). Stuff can get crazy and confusing at times, heh...
