This character is called Comp-le the fox. He's the half of the original fox that went through the hole. After Oreo rescued him, Whitecloud, my friend's OC, built him a body out of plates and cables.
His main body is armor with his tail and tail connected by wires. Metal feet are connected to the body by wires, and he has a fake metal ear and half his head is metal.
