Cierra (Riviera: the Promised Land) by HowlingZero
This has a big checklist of stuff I've always wanted to try:
-Drawing #Cierra from #Riviera
-Some foreshortening crud
-No (or subtle) outlining
-More dynamic lighting
I think some of it worked, some of it didn't. Maybe I tried too much at once, but I think there's just as much value in an experimental failure as a safe success
I've learned it helps to draw bark a bit like I draw hair to keep some visual consistency. Which is weird now that I think of it.

Better than any grass i make. i can barely draw windows. This looks gorgeous dude! I'd say you succeeded witn flying colors (heh get it? it's on color-yeahnevermind...)

Duuude this looks omazing! That forshortening is great! And Cierra was my favorite. Once I found out there were dating sim properties in that game, I couldn't not be nice to her...Now I wanna play....Great job though!

Ha yeah, I played this on GBA as a kid and I really liked Cierra. But once they rereleased it on PSP, I realized that I like Fia the best.
