Okay. . . the last board kinda trickled off in activity, so I'm rebooting it here! Namco Bandai is working on SSB4, making Pac-Man a very possible new character. Capcom and Nintendo have both expressed desire to have a Capcom character in, and if the fans and a guy who works on Street Fighter games have any say, that character's gonna be Megaman. Also, there was a whiteboard with some of the current characters drawn on it by people working on SSB4 that got posted on Twitter.

OK, but she's got a ton of competition. . .Bowser Jr. and/or Waluigi seem more likely, IMO.

I'm going to stay away from CHARACTERS and talk about stages. I think fighting in space (on platforms) and with Andross in the background would be epic! I also think that the whispy woods stage from kirby 64 would be awesome! Nintendo should also pay tribute to the Super Smash Bros. 64 games with Hyrule Castle.
