Kurtiss and Lang by HowlingZero
So if it wasn't obvious, the red girl is #Kurtiss, the blue guy is #Lang.
Haven't decided on any backstory yet, and who knows if I'll do anything with them. I HAVE decided they're part of a military organization called FANG (you know what...? If you want to make a character for it here's a tag... #orgFANG)
But yeah, they both have abilities that activate under high stress. Kurtiss' eyes will glow red and she'll be stronger and faster. Lang's eyes glow teal and his perception of time speeds up.

Yeah man, go for it. I wouldn't say Lang and Winter are too similar, they both just have blue hair. Plus, it's not a uniform or anything, you can make whatever distinct kind of clothes you want.

Yeah definitely, but I tried to go straightforward so it doesn't get too overpowered. Everything has it's drawbacks. For example, if Lang is ambushed by a close up attacker, he'll be able to easily predict their movement, but it doesn't necesarilly mean he can react fast enough to pull out his long, clunky rifle or switch to the shotgun mode in time.
As for Kurtiss, it's the opposite, her potential reaction speed and strength are greater, but she can still get overwhelmed and not have her brain act as fast as her body can.

Oh my god, dude this sounds amazing! Nice job with Kurtiss' touch ups (pants, lower cape, etc) I need to make a character for Fang! I love the RWBY-esque weapons! I hope i can design characters to fit this setting ^u^;

Re. Oh, well I'm glad i can help! It's not any "uniform" i might have trouble with. If you've seen my stuff i guess you can say i do mostly... Yeah i don't know what to call the types i draw but it ain't futuristic at all. I guess i'll just wing it. Thanks for the tip on the blue! I think i have something in mind! I hope my hand can finally draw whats in my head.

Oh... do you know i very appreciat your style, the o.c from you are very spécial, sometime it's like some manga i know, but something say at me it's not this. :). Continu to beat my heart, one day if i found a O.c from you and i love very much, i will make a fan art! :), XD, only if you draw him very often, (only if he's very important for you) :)
