All of my ocs ((at least main ones (Mairu, Lei, and Eve))) exist in some sort of 'future.' Eve exists in a more advanced world similar to ours; although, the planet and universal system she lives in is technically younger than our own :U So basically a really complicated time frame x'D. As for Lei and Mairu, they both exist in the Pokémon universe, just in a time frame within the future of an alternate path of that universe separate from that of the games and anime, naturally. That probably all just sounds like complete gibberish Dx

If none of that ends up making sense, I could always use one of my Medieval ocs that I don't have posted on here. However, the person I would use exists in more of a D&D based Medieval setting :U

Mairu: *As Mairu is finishing up her rounds around the city, she happens to spot an unusual figure in odd looking clothing. Driven by curiosity and a little bit of unease, she calls out to the figure from afar* "Excuse me...?"

Mairu: *Mairu begins to walk closer; although, she still pays close mind of the distance between her and the figure. Once she has neared a little closer she tries calling out once more* "Pardon me but I do not believe I have ever seen you around here...might I ask what it is you are doing?"

Mairu: *Taken back by the figure's answer, Mairu stammers her response* "C-cleaning yourself? Uh...well, excuse me for prodding but what exactly for? Did anything happen?"

Mairu: "My apologies for jumping to conclusions much too rashly." *She pauses for a moment to collect her thoughts. After a bit she mutters to herself* "They are so....different but I should-" *She cuts herself off and stops to think again before finally speaking up* "Once again, you will have to excuse me but I'm afraid my curiosity has reached its peak with you. I can tell you aren't at all like the others around here. No, you are special. Could you...tell me how you are different? No- unique?"

Mairu: "I'm afraid I can't seem to understand what that is. You see, I'm blind but...I can see. *She pauses to laugh quietly* "That was horribly wording, as well as explaining, on my part." *She sighs* "Let's just say that little details go unnoticed by my odd way of 'seeing' things. Do you mind explaining what exactly that is for me?"

((*horrible woops))

Mairu: "Part of you...?...I think I understand now. *She nods in thought* Although I wonder, how is it that you became that way? Has it always been so for you?"

Mairu: "Ah, that would make sense..." *Suddenly her eyes widen* "Oh my, how rude me! I never even asked your name!

Mairu: *She takes a quick bow before speaking* "It has been quite a pleasure to have met you, Rina. Ah, your name is very pretty. It suits you well from I can tell. Oh, and you may call me Mairu if it so pleases you to do so.

Mairu: "It feels wrong just to leave this at such an odd point...would you care to come with me through the city? I need to finish up my rounds before night falls. Oh well, that is if you don't have more important matters to attend to. It would be nice to learn more about you"

Mairu: "Wonderful!" *she says as she clasps her hands together* "Why don't we head to the upper quartile in District 11? The skyways are a great vantage point and it will be a spectacular sight to see if we can reach it before sundown. "

Mairu: *She beckons for Rina to follow as the two of them head into the bowels of the city. With the night approaching, commerce has slowed down immensely and very few people can be seen roaming the streets. A few look upon the two in passing but quickly advert their gazes as they continue forth on their own missions in the city with determined steps. Mairu stops for a moment and puts her hand to her face in a thoughtful gesture* "Rina...I do hope I'm not being a burden on you with all of this. I'm sure it isn't everyday you have a stranger come up to you with merry conversation. I...well I'm not usually so talkative. Perhaps it is your soft spoken nature that has made me so. Nevertheless, I really do hope I'm not bothering you. If there is anywhere else you would like to go or a place to stop at feel free to say."

Mairu: "Oh? Why is that, if you don't mind me asking?"

Mairu: "'They' need you? Who are 'they'?"

Mairu: "How terrible....I can hardly imagine the amount of destruction and chaos...Sure, this area has it own slew of problems but something so- *She takes a pause* I'm...terribly sorry that you have been put in such a situation. I do hope you and the others like you can put a stop to it. No, I know you can."

Mairu: "It is of problem, Rina. Have faith in companions is very important in these times. I just do hope it is enough. Come now, let us think of less morose things! We are nearly to District 11 now and not a moment too late. I must ask though, have you been here before?

((*no problem woops again))

Mairu: "Ah well then this will be grand! You see, I've never actually 'seen' what it looks like, I've only ever heard of how pretty it supposedly is. Perhaps you will feel the same when you see it? I do hope all of those people weren't lying. It would be a shame for us to walk as far as I have just to arrive at a lack-luster destination."

Mairu: "I can safely say the same. Sure, I can tell when it rises and falls but feeling its motion is a lot different than seeing it. Although, I cannot seem to fathom that you haven't seen one either? What has stopped? I hope dearly that it hasn't been the troubles you have been facing...."

Mairu: "I suppose that is understandable. It would not be easy to take on such a task. About how many of you are there? Oh my, with all this talking it seems we are nearly there! We only have to take a few more turns and head up the main tower and then we will be there."

Mairu: "Only...5? Hmm....well I can sense a great passion within you that I am sure that the rest have as well. I believe that you will be able to accomplish your goal through your determination despite what seems like a disadvantage. I would like to believe it is possible at least- for all of our sakes."

My oh my, it seems we have finally arrived at our destination. Ah...! We actually made it a little early. The sun has yet to reach the horizon so we will have a bit of time. I guess it is better to be early than to be late. You know, when the sun does actually set...would you mind describing it for me or at the very least telling me if it is really worth of the praise? cool outfit! is a pokeloid like a pokemorph? I can't recognise what pokemon she's based on? but I'm a bit dodgy on the newer ones!

Pokeloids are more on the human side of pokemorphs. They are much closer to poke-jinkas. The whole backstory with them is that they were humans that had their DNA infused with Pokemon's DNA. Consequently, 'Pokeloid' isn't an actual category for poke-jinkas, they are just a thing created by a dead group on Deviantart (the original creator took down the group and their account :/) However, my ocs Mairu and Lei were created for the group while it was still alive so I just kept their Pokeloid characteristics.

Oh, and Mairu is a Beldum. Her design is super simplistic for now (more human than Pokeloid) because Pokeloids can 'evolve' like normal Pokemon. Therefore, as she evolves, she will gain more and more Pokemon characteristics that make her more distinguishable as a Pokemon/human. Hopefully that made sense > ^ <

Mairu: "I can understand that feeling all too well. People can be so very cruel...To be fair, they are only being driven by fear. Everyone is scarred of the unknown at times. It is just harder for people to have to look the unknown in the face. The best thing we can do is teach them that different is good and that we are not something to mock at.
