#TWCreatureFeature by TheRisingAlleria

Spider/Boogeywoman
This is my Teen Wolf creature entry, which consists of a combination of Egyptian, Greek, & Native American mythology. Her mouth is similar to that of a mummy's, but inside, her mouth is that of a black widow's pinchers. The white streak in her hair is made from her web, while both her nails and hair are laced with her poison, lethal. She likes to have a whip made from her own hair. Blue eyes symbolize killing of innocents. Nails are used as a weapon as also her hair . . .

. . . which she can fashion into a whip. Her hair grows rapidly but she likes it long.
Background: Lived in Beacon Hills by the Nemeton. Was considered an abomination as her mother was a Spyder and her father a Mormo (boogeyman).
She's more scarier than this, I promise.

Also, in Native American culture, legends of the spider are associated with being the symbol of patience, endurance, intelligence, and skillfulness. they can also be considered to use their webs as dream catchers, helping filter out the bad dreams. Many Plain tribes believe that the Spider can be a Trickster god, ranging from innappropriate to an violent and deranged criminal.

In the Hall of Two Truths, the god Anubis would weigh the person's heart against the feather of Ma'at (goddess of truth). Ammit (in Egyptian mythology) was titled "Devourer of the Dead", "Eater of Hearts", and "Great of Death." If hearts are not pure, Ammit would devour it and when she swallowed the heart, the soul was believed to become restless forever (called "to die a second time.")
