Dr.Medicence is a scientist who finds cures for kids with MAJOR issues. His main focus is mostly on Timothy because he's been treating Timothy since he was a baby. His parents are still very concerned & Dr. Medicence also teaches the kids he's treating school things.
Timothy has a problem where his eyes are freakishly huge & sometimes his eyes go really really small & he tries to m.urder someone, He then goes back to normal not remembering anything
