forgot 2 mention...Elliptian dreamers can also make junk levitate and also time doesnt start again until they restart it so if they like. froze someone and didnt unfreeze 'em they'd be suspended in time until either they're unfrozen or the person that froze 'em dies.
Also btw dreaming powers are based off what makes up the universe basically...the land and its fruits, the oceans and seas, empty space, time, and matter. I guess you could say maatter cover everything but time and space tho so...Hyphen dreamers can probably use a lil' bit bit of both o' dose but none of time and space junk.
