This is more or less just something to tease a friend of mine. When we play Smash, he generally picks King Dedede. However I had customized a special "Ice Luigi" charcter who is almost the only one i can beat him with. I know Luigi doesnt have this actual color pallet in game, but couldnt help but draw him this way
