stilts vs padding by wildlight

as some of you may know, i am making a wildclaw fursuit, and ive come to a crossroads, do i make stilts or padding for the legs

stilt pros: slender figure, more realistic movement, fun, looks more impressive
stilt cons: harder to walk in, makes feet/legs hurt faster, taller, noisy? Expensive and time consuming
padding pro:s easier to walk in, not awkward, faster to put on
padding cons: too fat, toes have to be too big, hot, shape can't be exactly right, everyone has them

im not too sure which i want to do :/

(may draw better later)

It's true that the padding would be easier to walk in, but the stilts would look more realistic, if that's what you're aiming for. However, it would be very hard to balance with stilts, especially when your legs are constantly bent XP You would need a lot of leg exercise beforehand to walk around in that >o<

padding can be hard to make and get right too.
