And omg :-: thats awful..

So me and my family had to go all the way to Burlington Vermont for the surgery. My lungs collasped during the surgery and again in the middle of the night. The staff almost dropped me off a table because it was too high. It was a terrible experience.. My mom wanted to sue them but she didn't. There was two or three nurses I liked they were nice and funny. Like one nurse made me blow into this thing to see how high I could get the ball to go it was to help my lungs get stronger but it felt like a game or challenge. I was in the hospital for like ten days maybe longer. When I got home I had to get a hospital bed since I couldn't sit up by myself yet and I had to take medicene for pain. But now I'm alot better but I still need Physical Therapy because I refused to go before but now I have changed my mind.
I also still have back pain or neck pain sometimes but not as bad as the pain before. ^.^

omg i heard of that i hope u make a full recovery (hugs gently) ^_^

I probably drew the spine wrong since there are two curves in the S Shape..

yw ^_^ and its ok i saw a documentery(ms?) about this so i understand most of this stuff XD

My little sister also had Scoliosis but hers wasn't as bad as mine. So because hers wasn't as bad over time hers went away by it's self I kind of was jealous that hers went away by it's self when I had to get surgery. But I'm also glad she didn't have to go through everything that happened to me at that hospital...

That sounds terrible! :C I also have scoliosis but I dont think its that bad. Ive been having really bad pain and temporary paralysis but im sure that thats just another symptom of my stupid Chiari malformation.(im so glad im getting surgery for that in 5 days, still really nervous though :P) Im glad the surgery helped you! :D Awesome username btw!

I was going to get jaw surgery last summer because I have a really bad, painful overbite but then our car broke down so that never happened, and right now its the last thing im worrying about xD

Woah I was born with a deformaty called Talipes (left foot twisted outwards). It never hurt, it felt natural to me. It only hurt if I ran too much. Last year I had surgery. This huge as.s metal brace going through my bone for 7 months. And, these pins wich they had to... Turn with tweasers and... ene' Lets just say it was a painful experience and its over. Anyway, now I'm learning how to walk again with the help of water therapy and physio therapy :-) I wish you good luck my friend! Surgery is scary, let me tell ya that!!! Worst year of my life.

Wow that's amazing! :-D I would have loved to meet somebody going through what I have... My right foot has a bit of a deformity as well. It has a bunion on the bone and the toe sort of crosses under the rest... If you saw it, you would have thought I broke it. x-D I don't want the docs to do things to my right foot aswell because I have bad memories of last year ;_;

re- I'm so sorry! :C That sound really painful... When you see the dentist, they will probably just take it one step at a time. I've had a cavity before and I can tell you, getting fillings are nothing to worry about, they just give you the shot, (I thought it would hurt but I actually didnt even feel it xD) and you wont feel anything the entire time :) With your front tooth,I think they will do a single tooth replacement procedure where they put in a screw-like implant that will be left in for a month so that your jaw can adjust and then you will go back in and they will put in the new tooth :) (I had a friend that had this done once) I wouldnt worry about it! If you're worried about the pain, it should be minimal with most dental procedures :D With the sensitivity, they have toothpaste that can help with that :) I hope everything goes well! :D *hugs*

re- I just got back from getting the pre-surgery blood tests like 20 minutes ago xD I guess they were testing to see if I was anemic (I think they said I was) or if I had Hemophilia. I'm really glad I dont have that, Its when your blood doesnt clot, so if you got a cut, you wouldnt stop bleeding. (poor Ze, im pretty sure he said he had that in a video :c) Im glad that the woman that drew my blood was careful about it, because last week, I had to go to the hospital because of the stomach flu and the woman that drew my blood there sneezed while the needle was still in my arm (god did that hurt xD)
But understand ya, I use to be really nervous about getting shots too :P I think its only natural to hate them!

re: i dunno what physical therapy is XD if your in pain, i suggest these treatments:
Limphatic Drainage (a type of massage)
Acupuncture (they stick needles in you but it DOES NOT hurt XD)
Osteopathy (it varies from different people but with me when my skull was sitting wrong on my spine the osteopath literally clicked my head into place and voila! no more migranes!)
