Like all other Gaurdians, Rumiali was born after the first ever natural disaster appeared. He is very knowledgable and can basically break all kind of curses. Being the founder of his tribe, he is treated like deity which he does not like and gets very lonely due to the rules of his tribe.
When his emotions are stirred, the nature reacts in the same way:
Sad:Rain, Storms, Super Storms
Depressed: Tsunami, Floods, Tidal Waves
Angry: Earth Quake Volcanic eruption, Land/Rock/Mud Slide
