As some of you may know, Wolf hates Spy. Like HATES him. They both constantly argue and bicker and sometimes their fights get physical. Probably because they're so similar... Opposites attract, exact personalities... not so much. Also, to clarify the "human" in Wolf's sentence, she doesn't trust anyone, so she reflects her dislike of people by saying human instead of person. (Don't ask XD)
