Question mark because I'm not sure if that will be his name. I really like it though (thanks radiant for this name suggestion).
This is a character I've been/I am working on that the peeps who are following my sketch account already know. He's evil, stereotypical british, and arch enemy of Rechor (besides Torcher).
His design still needs some work, I'm not completely happy with how it looks now.
