Changed Apollo's species...they're a Moon Fairy now. They're born whenever the moon shines directly on a gem buried in desert sand. When Apollo was "materializing" the moonlight got obstructed so they didnt grow arms. Sometimes they make arms out of sand but only for theatre junk. Otherwise they dont care.
