...My brother is taking my 3DS, and there's nothing I can do about it....
he's doing it because me and my twin brother were fighting over the wii U and we broke it a little... we can still play games on it, but the screen is cracked, and part of my brother's head phones got stuck, so you can't lisen to anything when you play games...

yes. My parents really don't care who gets what when it comes to these kinds of things. Plus, My brother has done some other stuff to me that's kinda like this, like once he locked me in my room (the doorknob was on backwards) untill he got bored with my dsi...
