A rough draft is always hard to start for me. Once i get started it's almost like I can't stop though. You just need to make yourself sit down and start sometimes. Even if youre not in the mood. Or do you mean you need tips on ACTUALLY making a rough draft? In that case i got nothin' :P Sorry, I'm worthless. *climbs into a hermit crab shell*
