Powers: he cuts himself and his blood takes the form of a weapon.
Bio: He was a gangster in boston when he was on the verge of death at the hand of another gang when he woke up and they were all dead, ripped to shreds, and he was covered in blood. Soon after that he found out he can live 1*0x a normal life span he is feared and respected by his gang.
