Nanai finds out that she never knew her parents, that she was raised by selected animals by her birth parents. She starts to shut down, stopping communication with everyone she knows. {continued in comments.} #fcco

One day, as she takes a walk in the fields, she meets Ceceilia. Ceceilia claims that she knows Nanai's parents and takes her to a part of the kingdom she's never seen. It looks like a puddle of tar, but it shines briliantly with stars. She is told to go in, after refusing, Cece pushes her in, following after her. A burning sensation takes over Nanai's skin, as if she was in a fire. She wakes in a new area. A voice telling her to arrive in the same place in a week.

Nanai wakes up to find Ceceilia standing over her. "About time you've woken up." Nanai slides out from under her.
The first page takes place right after this ^
Nanai overslept, not intentionally, Cece actually kept her busy all week, and told her she could rest. Nanai sleeps for two days, wakes up, misses the portal, and now they're both stuck in this place. Cece seems to get a kick out of all of this. I wonder why.
