Pikapachiri is a female Pachirisu with a black scarf. She's kind, goofy and very unaware of her surroundings. When she touches her scarf, she'll transform into an Emolga. Her scarf will be light-blue and she'll transform back when she touches it. Her personality stays the same.
I say view on PC!

If you're wondering how both forms are here when each one is accesed when the other form touches the scarf, this post is on another timeline and universe. Any forms or alternates of a character would be there as well. Get it?
