New oc! His name's Seth. I'll make a bio for him, but not right now. I tried a new way of shading, and I think it looks pretty good! Sorry for the crappy background, I got lazy. I just got this idea out of nowhere. Basically, the idea came out of nowhere like a ninja and slapped me in the face. Idk why, but Seth's signature (most of my ocs have their own signature) reminds me of Flipnote Studio. By the way, should I keep the new shading technique? I kinda like it, but I'm not sure.

Thanks! xD and I don't blame you, it's hard to come up with names. I mean, in Pokemon Y my Raichu's name is Electra (how original) sooo XD
