ok let me clear things up his Sacred Power is too much for his body to handle he's only able to use it 3 times hes already used it twice n each time it puts his body through so much pain n stress so if he uses it the third n last time not only that power will dissapear but he will die

so he always holds back cuz his power is overflowing like putting to much water in a cup his power consumes his body so every day he must focus his mind on keeping that power suppressed

(I was reading a Warrior Cat book by Erin Hunter before commenting) I think I know... he wants his bloodline going, so he's getting a girlfriend... and... um... well...
