oh yah about how i think i hurt my shoulder i think i hurt it in a nightmare sounds odd i know but in the nightmare i was being chased by something and i fell and hurt my shoulder then when i woke up my shoulder hurt really bad and i had done nothing to strain or hurt my shoulder befor that night

its posable and the nightmares arnt to bad yah in the nightmare im scared but wance i wake up the fear gos away its the real life nightmareish things that im consernd about

normaly i can go right back to sleep but only if im sleepy and if i do fall back aslleep the same nightmare contenose from where it left off or some times it will be a new one but with simaler things like going from one creatcher or human chasing me to a defferint creatcher or human chasing me but i would rather have nightmares then to be expericeing whats been going on at my house latly
