they are the Blood Lurkers a bunch of monsters that come from there leader the Lurker King and from the blood of others.

After there leaders death Rue became the leader until there king becomes alive once more from the cursed items and with the help of the others like jer it may be a very grim goal for us all but jeff and his friends will be there to stop them at all cost.
