Aww.... I've gotten deep misery before too, most recently the end of last year. I made this account cuz I figured I could be helping people with that same sense of sadness. My sadness is always triggered by some event, like last time it was cuz I was feeling useles just sitting at home w/o a job. Is yours caused by some situation?
