Cybeon, the Metal Cased Pokemon and the evolved form of Eevee. Cybeon's metal shell is light-weight, allowing it to move at rapid speeds, despite the extra weight. If more speed is needed, it can discard the shell, but at the price of low defence.

But if its a discartable shell, its not part of its body! How can they be an steel-type with no steel on their veins?

I think it's cute. I remember "inventing" the grass type Eevee Pokemon when I was really little way back when there was only Jolteon, Flareon, and Vaporeon.
