Basically, here's what you need to do:
-Find a generally unnoticed artist that you think deserves more attention.
-Make a shoutout post.
-Tag it with #WeSupportSmallArtists so tons of people can see!
-If you want, say why you like this artist and why they deserve more followers.
And if you want to find out about rad artists you haven't heard of, check the tag! This way, the posts will always be there for anyone to see and check out!

There aren't really any rules other than don't make tons of posts about one person and put it in the tag.
Also, as an operational definition, "small artist" to me means someone with less than 500 followers, but anyone who isn't uber popular can work too.
NOW LET'S GET OUT THERE AND GIVE SOME SHOUTOUTS TO SOME PEEPS!
