Dowen by Mina the Demon
An underwater dragon species I've come up with.
This probably looks way better to me since I've been hopped up on meds, but I hope ya'll like it.
I'm calling it a #Dowen. (Doe-in)
It's features are subject to change though. May add more fins.

Awesome!! :D I've created quite a bit of ocean dragons on paper, but I never got to make a dragon with lots of horns XP I won't copy yours, of course XD
