This isn't exactly 'cannon'...But it's sort of a look into what Rocky's world is like. those ships were actually inspired by a stealth bomber that flew over my house and a ufo design(obviously). His story isn't really "happy"; unless you find chemical warfare happy (i've said too much da.mmit). anyway, yeah. it also takes place in a (better looking) si-fi world too.

@Okami Otaku: I'm not sure of much of anything about him, but I'd have to guess that he's either a mutated human or an animal affected by the chemical warefare.
