hes a messenger from a fantasy setting type thing, runs around from nation to nation relaying messages. also delivers letters, but generally urgent messages to and from nation leaders.
since hes an official worker under the queen hes been branded for identity purposes. each nation has a unique pattern and is magically sealed to prevent forgery.
