Looks pretty good to me! Only things that don't look right are his right (our left) eye, and his muzzle. It's sideways.
I say color it, but only if ya want to.

Also--
I've noticed you always seem to shade with black and white.
Do you know about the color theory? This may help a little #colortheory 'u'
