Tokulo was born or "created" in a cave called the Caverns of Mood. The person who created him was called Heon and that is Tokulos "father". Tokulo was able to control 3 types of moods which are Rage, Hyper, and Calm. He also gave a mood to Maverrick999's OC, Blu, called Energetic! Tokulo now roams the worl to find his aura rings stolen by someone or something....
