Imagine-You are Link/Saria. You just moved into Kakiriko Village, and decide to go on a pokemon journey, competing with your friend as you go along. The gym leaders are Ruto (Water), Darunia (Fire), Impa (Fighting), Agitha (Bug), Ravio (Poisin), Fi (Psychic), Lana (Electric), & Skull Kid (Ghost). The Elite 4 are Ghirahim (Dark), Cia (Steel), Hilda (Dragon), and Vaati (Flying). The Champion is Zelda, who uses Mega Evolution! Can you beat them all?

I so want this to happen myself XD Oh- The professor would be Midna, and the evil team would be Team Twilight, lead by Ganondorf with admins Zant and Veran! The pokemon would be the same pokemon found in Kalos. (Houndour, Bunnelby, Pikachu, Sylveon, Mawile, Yveltal, Xerneas, Spritzee, Sigilyph, Fennekin, Espurr, etc.). Here, Ghirahim would have 4 pokemon -> Houndoom (Can mega evolve, used last), Umbreon, Absol, and Zoroark. Ghirahim's attitude remains, but he isn't really rude to the trainer. He does express his frustration but in a calm manner after you beat him, similar to the way Malva does in X/Y.
